However, if you decide to take a taxi, please make sure to have the hotel call it for you and refrain from getting them on the street.

The Welcome Party will be on Thursday, March 13th, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The theme is Blue Denim & White, so come dressed in your favorite denim and white look!

The best form of payment depends on where you’re planning to go. Credit cards are widely accepted at all major restaurants and establishments, but we recommend traveling with cash as well, as some local vendors and smaller places only accept cash. For your airport transfers, you may take out cash at the airport or ask your driver to stop at a bank before you get to your hotel/airbnb.

It's generally better to withdraw cash from an ATM in another country rather than exchanging currency at a kiosk. ATMs typically offer more favorable exchange rates compared to kiosks or currency exchange counters. We love your little ones, but to allow all our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. Yes, we are offering shuttles for our guests from a main point in El Poblado (Lettera Hotel) to the venue and back. The shuttles will arrive at Lettera Hotel at 2PM and will depart promptly at 2:15PM. After the wedding, return shuttles will depart the venue at 2:00 AM, heading back to El Poblado. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue in Llanogrande. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on grass, so ladies, please keep this in mind when selecting your shoes—block heels or wedges may be more comfortable than stilettos! As temperatures tend to dip slightly in the evening, we recommend bringing a light layer to stay comfortable throughout the night.
